Menz & Friends GmbH was founded in September 2009 by Philipp Menz.
The company’s core business is the production of feature films and tv-movies. The Menz family also owns atlas Film & TV Production GmbH, American atlas international Films Inc. and atlas international Film GmbH.
Philipp and Stefan Menz, shareholders and presidents of Menz & Friends, come from a family which since 1926 and in four generations has been active in various areas of the motion picture industry (exhibition, production, distribution).
The Menz brothers started their professional careers in the 80ties, working for film production and sales companies in Los Angeles and New York before returning to Munich to join their father's feature film sales company, atlas international Film GmbH. Philipp and Stefan share a love for films, a professional experience that spans over a quarter of a century and an eye for the ever changing world of entertainment.
